Japlenški vrh Forest Park, located near Delnice, the largest urban center of Gorski Kotar, hides many natural and tourist attractions.
One of them is attracting more and more tourists. In the immediate vicinity of the Hunting Lodge and Motel Delnice, a large menagerie (gater) is fenced, in which a tame herd of fallow deer lives.

The Lokvarka cave consists of six floors, and the visitor can see the first four, descending to a depth of 70 meters. The fifth - Virgin Hall, and the sixth - Gordan's floor, are accessible only to speleologists because they are reached by narrow long vertical passages with periodic water flow. Gordan's floor, located at a depth of 275 meters, is especially interesting because it expands a spacious canal which is an underground watercourse of the river Lokvarka. It is also the largest hall of the cave. The canal is filled with stone blocks weighing 25-30 tons covered with dark mud.

Fužinarski kraj is extremely rich in water.
The oldest lake is Bayer built in the 1950s. The lake is located in the former attractive valley of the river Ličanka, right next to the village Fužine. The lake has an average depth of 2 to 7 meters and has about a million cubic meters of water. It is suitable for boating, canoeing, kayaking and surfing due to the frequent wind currents.

Not far from Skrad are two magical natural attractions connected in a unique protected area - the significant landscape Vražji prolaz and Zeleni vir.
Due to its exceptional and special beauty and geological value, the resort was declared a special geomorphological reserve in 1962 with an area of ​​200 ha. In addition to the natural value, the first hydroelectric power plant in this area of ​​Munjar, built in 1921, is located in this area.

The Vrelo cave in Fužine was discovered by chance in the 1950s during the construction of the Bajer reservoir. Its age is estimated at 3.5 - 4 million years. Although it is only 300 meters long, it is extremely beautiful and rich in cave decorations. The special value of the cave is given by the water - at only fifty meters there is a beautiful mountain spring, lake and abyss that make it especially attractive. The clear and cold mountain stream is from the Ličanka river basin and floods the cave in extremely rainy periods.

Kamačnik cut its gorge into the Velika Kapela massif and flows into the river Dobra, collapsing with a small waterfall, since it is partitioned by a gap and a lake at the entrance to the canyon. The source of the Kamačnik is a typical karst, with water reaching the source from a submerged cave channel. At the mouth of the restaurant "Kamačnik" is located, which offers visitors a holiday with local food and drinks.
